friendly staff swimming pool comfortable rooms light issues dusty area room cobwebs
The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a nice bonus . Rooms are well appointed and reasonably comfortable.
The room was a bit faulty I noticed light issues. Dust covered the hot drinks area. I found plenty of cobwebs in the room.

sea view seating arrangement
i booked the executive family room with a double and a single bed. the room had a sea view and long windows, a seating arrangement.
The lift broke down between floors, and lights went out. Alarm presses received no answer initially.

a seaside escape
waterfront location sea view pier music relaxed sleep
The hotel is ideally located near the pier and shopping area. i enjoyed sitting on the veranda. It was lovely to have coffee there (the sea breeze!). there was live music on the pier with food available. i booked a sea view room and the sound of the sea on the pebbles ensured a relaxed sleep.
the light in the bathroom was not working properly.

the staff were very caring and considerate, even bringing me tea towels to use. the staff seemed professional, polite, and friendly at all times. i felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

my sea view studio was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. it was easy to keep the room cool, even on hot days and there were no disturbances at night. i found the room lovely with plenty of room to hang clothes.

the hotel has a nice warm pool, perfect after a long walk along the coast. i rested there for a bit before dinner. the breakfast offered plenty of choices and was very good.

The hotel's location is excellent. I walked to the city center for dinner. i also walked to the city center for an evening stroll. the hotel is a short walk to the pier and main shopping area.

inconsistent service touching twin beds
the older staff member seemed abrupt i did not receive the same information given to other customers i found this inconsistent service disappointing twin beds were touching like a double even though i paid extra

friendly staff sea view swimming pool
Staff WAS friendly, especially at breakfast. The sea view from my room proved super. I used the swimming pool. They gave me towels. the lift operated fast.
the carpet had rust stains in my room.

the staff provided prompt service, especially when i required assistance. they were quick TO bring up the iron and ironing board. the staff addressed issues quickly and efficiently.
